Join our growing team! Clepper Manor is a 54-bed facility located in Sharon, PA. We're looking to hire passionate, positive, and energetic CNAs/STNAs to join our staff!
Applicants are welcome to stop by Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 - 3:30 for open interviews or call (724) 981-6610 ext. 1113 to schedule in advance
Openings: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN all shifts !

Experience
- Must be a licensed CNA in Pennsylvania
Specific Requirements
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
