With a commitment to the finest craftsmanship and exceptional client experience, we are searching for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution : Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and detailed plans. Coordinate all project stages from pre-construction through final walkthrough.
Communication and Coordination : Act as the central point of contact for clients, trade partners and internal team, providing clear and proactive communication.
Team Leadership : Lead and motivate project trade partners, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and in-house field teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, high-quality standards, continuous learning and positive experience for all involved.
Budget and Schedule Management : Develop and oversee project budgets, manage expenses, and monitor timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Quality Assurance : Uphold Remont Construction's rigorous quality standards, ensuring all work meets specifications and safety regulations.
Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any project issues or challenges that arise, proactively mitigating risks.
Resource Management : Identify and resolve any project issues or challenges as they arise, proactively mitigating risks.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and changes, using construction management software like Buildertrend.

Tools and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (extensive experience may substitute for a degree).
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and technology, with proficiency in Buildertrend and other industry-standard software.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and documents specific to residential remodeling.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating trade partners, managing material procurement and navigating city and third-party inspections.
