Conemaugh Nason Medical Center - Roaring Spring, PA

Position Details

• Dates: August 3 - November 2, 2026 (13 weeks)
• Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (Nights)
• Hours: 36/week
• Orientation: Mondays
• Trauma Level: IV
• System: Duke LifePoint Hospital

Radius & Requirements

• 60+ miles required for travel rates
• Min 2 years ICU experience
• Must float to Med/Surg (1:6 ratio)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• All clearances MUST be complete BEFORE start

PA Clearances Required

All fingerprints MUST be submitted before clearance

1. PA Child Abuse Clearance

• Site: application, immediate results

2. DHS Fingerprinting

• Site: Code: 1KG756
• Schedule appointment, pay on-site (credit/money order)

3. FBI/Dept of Aging Fingerprinting

• Valid 2 years; if expired:
• Site: Code: 1KG8RJ
• CHS Facility Code: 5129
• Find locations: PATCH PA State Police Clearance
  • Site: clearance required (volunteer NOT accepted)

  Unit Details - ICU

  • Beds: 4
  • Ratios: Up to 1:4
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Equipment: Vents, IABP, A-lines, CPAP
  • Patients: Adult/geriatric; DKA, STEMI, CVA, respiratory failure
  • Float: May float to Med/Surg if ICU closed
  • Weekends: Every other weekend
  • Call: None
