Work Hours: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday

Bearon Manufacturing, an affiliate of The Dixon Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dedicated team in Landisville, PA! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts to exact specifications. What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune CNC machines to manufacture precision components (metal + plastic)

• Run multi-axis programs for milling, drilling, threading, reaming, and profiling

• Interpret blueprints and work instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Perform part inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Collaborate with other machinists and engineers to improve processes and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment with a focus on quality and consistency

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 5+ years of CNC machining and setup experience

• Solid background in metal manufacturing

• Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers, micrometers, and other QC tools

• Good with shop math and basic CNC programming edits

• Reliable, team-oriented, and always looking to improve

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
