Dishwasher/Prep
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning floors
- Taking out trash
- Maintaining dish machine and cleaning dish pit at the end of the shift
- Setting up for the next shift (chemicals, bins, etc...)
- Taking on larger cleaning projects during down time (washing speed racks, cleaning walls, etc...)
- Preparing & restocking cold side of breakfast buffet
- Assisting line cook with opening
- Restocking cold market (sandwiches, salads, etc...)
- Prepping in advance for above tasks
- Filling out station MEP lists
- Completing a written prep list once all of the above is completed
