Compensation:

$100,000+ based on personal sales quotas

Responsibilities:

As a RE/MAX Ace Realty Agent, you will:

  • Actively build and manage a personal database using our CRM (MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail)
  • Complete structured productivity benchmarks:
  • Add 100+ contacts in your first six months
  • Log 50+ client-related tasks or appointments
  • Attend and engage in ongoing education via in-person and virtual sessions
  • Deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers
  • Stay informed on local market trends and property values
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team environment
Qualifications:

We’re looking for agents who are:

  • Currently licensed with at least 1 full year of real estate experience
  • Tech-comfortable and eager to adopt new platforms and tools
  • Coachable, consistent, and committed to professional growth
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Open to structure and accountability
