This dynamic role is responsible for managing rental accounts by delivering exceptional customer service, selling new products to our customers, driving account performance, completing deliveries and pickups, maintaining store standards, and conducting early-stage collections. This role supports sales growth and account health by building strong customer relationships while adhering to the RAC mission statement and core values.

Key responsibilities include overseeing an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting early-stage collections (16 days past due) and meeting daily/weekly collection standards, maintaining account health and securing payment commitments utilizing account management tools, completing assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups, delivering white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes, contributing to sales growth and generating new rental agreements, safely transporting, installing, and handling merchandise, maintaining showroom standards and company vehicles, and adhering to all company safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and strong communication and customer service skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move heavy merchandise, drive a box truck, and stand and drive for extended periods of time.

Schedule and work environment include full-time, MondaySaturday, Sundays off plus one weekday off, and a physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
