Who You Are:
1 -2 years prior landscape experience is required for the Crew Lead Assistant position.
If you have experience supervising others, working outside, or with carpentry, construction, hardscaping, landscape maintenance, heavy equipment, or any related field, we encourage you to apply!

Qualified applicants must have:
● High School Degree or equivalent
● A valid drivers license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles, trucks, and trailers safely.
● Ability to walk, kneel, bend, and lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
● Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at work on time.

A day in the life of a Crew Lead Assistant at Eco-Chic Gardens:
Our Crew Lead Assistants spend their days supporting their Crew Leader and Team Members by performing various landscape duties such as:

● Edging, mulching, digging, planting, transplanting, pruning, weeding, pest monitoring,
fertilization, watering, site clean-up, and other landscape maintenance
● Transporting personnel and materials
● Utilizing landscape equipment
● Adhering to safety standards at the shop and on the work site
