Play a Key Role in Keeping Operations Moving

As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll be a vital part of our supply chain, making sure products and materials arrive accurately and get where they need to go. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying organized, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will help ensure our teams stay productive and our inventory stays on track. You’ll:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming products and materials
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and vendor packing lists
  • Note any damage or missing items and report them to Purchasing
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork (timesheets, 5S checklists, requisitions)
  • Perform cycle counts to help ensure accurate stock levels
  • Read blueprints and accurately measure materials for production
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and hoists to safely move materials
  • Deliver or route materials to the appropriate departments
  • Restock shelves and pull overflow items to maintain organized inventory

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret blueprints
  • Experience with warehouse or receiving duties preferred
  • Computer skills — Microsoft Office and Dynamics AX knowledge a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
