As a Program Analyst 3, you will play a critical role in ensuring the excellence and quality of services delivered through statewide medical assistance programs focused on long-term services and supports. Your primary responsibility will involve the comprehensive oversight of Community HealthChoices managed care organizations (MCOs), specifically regarding their data collection and reporting activities. By analyzing this data, you will evaluate the effectiveness of care coordination and pinpoint strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the program. In this capacity, you will manage and direct the analysis of program analytics, providing essential technical assistance or overseeing corrective action plans to ensure MCOs meet quality assurance standards. You will specifically concentrate on key program quality reviews, including Value Based Purchasing, the Nursing Facility Quality Program, and Pay-for-Performance initiatives. To ensure the success of these programs, you will maintain a highly collaborative relationship with the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) leadership, the OLTL Medical Director, and various external stakeholders to drive systemic excellence in service delivery.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office ofAdministration); or Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
