Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead projects in Greensburg, PA, and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction crews on residential and commercial projects
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, and workflow
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations
- Train, guide, and support crew members on-site
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction/remodeling
- Ability to lead projects and manage a crew from start to finish
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- close attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently while supervising a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
