Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead projects in Greensburg, PA, and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, oversee job sites, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction crews on residential and commercial projects
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, and workflow
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations
• Train, guide, and support crew members on-site
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction/remodeling
• Ability to lead projects and manage a crew from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• close attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently while supervising a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
