Learning & Development Project Manager
The role of Learning & Development Project Manager will work with the Learning and Development Center of Excellence and will partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, learning teams, technology partners, and business leaders to manage timelines, coordinate resources, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning programs, events, onboarding initiatives, and process improvement efforts. Additionally support additional initiatives.
- Track and manage allocated budget for program
- Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning
- Lead end-to-end project management for learning programs, training initiatives, onboarding cohorts, virtual and in-person events, and operational workstreams.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including learning architects, content developers, IT, digital teams, meeting planners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Support learning operations within LMS platforms, including training assignments, coordinating content updates, reporting, transcript analytics, and issue resolution.
- Build, refine, and optimize project management system, workflows, templates, intake processes, SOPs, job aids, and centralized knowledge repositories.
- Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve process efficiency, streamline documentation, enhance communication, and support workflow redesign.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans, aligned deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, escalate issues as needed, and drive alignment on next steps
- Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning
Required
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in Learning Preferred
- Hybrid opportunity- Requires 3 days in the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office.
- 3+ years of project management experience is required
- 2+ years of learning & development experience is required
- Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms required
- Ability to create consultative business partnerships and to collaborate with business leaders to ensure superior business results is required.
- Business experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies on how best to develop talent required.
- Ability to lead cross-functional work teams is required.
- Excellent project management, leadership, influence management, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required.
Preferred:
- Experience with curriculum maintenance preferred.
- Experience with learning delivery preferred.
- Experience evaluating learning program effectiveness preferred.
- Experience with Leadership Development L&D is preferred.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $58.00 to $60.00 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
