Administrative Assistant

We are partnered with a global manufacturer with an office in Bucks County looking for a temp data entry / administrative assistant to join the team to support through summer. The ideal candidate will be very proficient in Excel and be familiar with running reports in a manufacturing environment. This is a part time role. If you are interested please apply today!

salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 1 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

1. Machine Setup Sheet Entry

• Create or modify Excel documents
• Navigate the document control module within our ERP system

 

2. Production Reporting

• Enter data into Excel spreadsheets
• Generate report data using Excel (training will be provided)

 

3. KPI Reporting

• Gather information from multiple spreadsheets and consolidate into a single report
• Upload KPI data to digital displays (simple process; training provided)

 

4. IQMS / MRP Tasks

• Create purchase orders for tooling and material
• Create purchase orders for outsourced activities
• Process shipments within IQMS

 

5. Miscellaneous Support

• Assist with material planning and inventory control
• Help create the weekly ship plan by collecting spreadsheet data and uploading it to the digital display
• Run tooling reports to assess tooling needs
