About Us
We are a growing plumbing and construction services company looking for a Licensed Plumber Qualifier to support our work in the Philadelphia area. We are seeking a qualified professional who holds the proper plumbing license and can act as the licensed qualifier for our company’s plumbing operations.
Position Overview
The Licensed Plumber Qualifier will be responsible for serving as the company’s plumbing license qualifier, helping ensure that plumbing work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, permit requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
This role may be structured as full-time, part-time, or contract depending on the candidate’s availability and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the licensed plumbing qualifier for the company in Philadelphia.
- Support permit applications and plumbing compliance requirements.
- Review plumbing work for code compliance and quality standards.
- Provide guidance to field teams as needed.
- Help ensure all plumbing work is completed safely, professionally, and according to applicable regulations.
- Maintain active license status and notify the company of any licensing updates or requirements.
- Coordinate with management, inspectors, subcontractors, and project teams when needed.
Requirements
- Must hold an active plumbing license accepted for qualifying plumbing work in Philadelphia.
- Prior experience as a licensed plumber, master plumber, or plumbing qualifier preferred.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes, permitting, inspections, and compliance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with plumbing permits in Philadelphia.
- Experience acting as a qualifier for a plumbing or construction company.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to support multiple projects as needed.
