**Qualifications:**- Advanced proficiency in Windows, Linux, and VMware ESXi operating systems
- Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong expertise in managing VMware vSphere infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of administering Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Azure
- Experience with public cloud infrastructures like AWS and Azure
- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
- Proven ability in troubleshooting, with advanced problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills conducive to team collaboration and customer interaction
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant IT industry experience
