Financial Processor - Hybrid

Randstad in partnership with Vanguard are currently seeking an Financial Processor. Someone who's professional delivering results based on operational targets, working within the department’s guidelines. Daily tasks are completed with some discretion and contribute to the department’s near-term goals.

Checks for problems and makes minor changes in existing systems, processes or services and reviews more complex changes within senior colleagues or managers for approval. Data entry quality, productivity, efficiency

Responsibilities:

1.) Review and process monetary and clerical requests/Adjustments for Vanguard Investment Advisory Services (VIAS), International, Vanguard Charitable (VC), Institutional Investor Group (IIG) and Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) or other specialty clients

2.) Process highly sensitive Specialty function transactions related to FAS Strategic Operations such as: Mutual Fund to ETF Conversions Confirmed Purchases and Redemptions (ConR/P)- Delayed Settlement Cash/In-Kind Redemption or Purchases- (CIKR’s/CIKP’s)

3.) Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity when providing late/after-hours coverage for Fund Event, CIKR or any other transaction.

• Researches and Resolves client issues as they relate to trading through a non-automated platform.
• Ability to show strong time management skills and work prioritization as it pertains to volumes, service levels and project support
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consults with internal and external clients, to provides expertise and technical knowledge on all departmental workflows and systems.
• Provides analysis of trends, identifies issues that impact service/processing levels, and takes proactive steps to surface issues and develop solutions
• Coaches, trains and develops crew on IC-4 specialty functions
• Provides Swiss Army support to other Strategic Operation departments
