Clinical Hours: 8–10 hours/week
Pay: $75/hour for clinical hours (75/25 fee split)

Position Overview

Are you a psychiatrist who wants to make an impact beyond the therapy room?

In this part-time role , you'll:

• Provide direct patient care

• Serve as the trusted voice for psychiatric colleagues

• Help shape organizational strategy and policies

• Mentor and support psychiatric staff

Key Responsibilities

Psychiatric Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and support psychiatrists in clinical practice

• Oversee psychiatric clinical operations

• Facilitate staff training and professional development

• Provide consultation in complex clinical situations

Clinical Leadership & Collaboration

• Serve on the Clinical Leadership Team

• Represent psychiatric colleagues in meetings

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure adequate staffing

Staffing & Quality Oversight

• Review and address staff performance issues

• Provide input on hiring and staffing decisions

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified and licensed psychiatrist

• Minimum 5 years post-residency/fellowship experience
