Automotive Service Manager / Fixed Ops Director Century 3 Kia – West Mifflin, PA Century 3 Kia is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Fixed Ops Director to lead and grow our service department. This is the perfect opportunity for a proven leader to step into a department that is doubling in size with more lifts being added. Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring goals are met. * Lead, coach, and motivate technicians and service advisors. * Delegate service tasks and monitor progress to maintain workflow efficiency. * Deliver excellent customer service by handling complaints quickly and professionally. * Oversee repair orders (ROs), invoices, parts orders, and inventory control. * Ensure proper use of shop time and recommend maintenance based on vehicle history. * Provide accurate repair estimates and update customers throughout the process. * Verify invoices are correct and explain completed repairs to customers. * Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and staff to drive repeat business. Qualifications * Minimum 3–4 years of automotive dealership service management experience. * Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and fixed ops best practices. * Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Positive, hands-on management style with a focus on team building. * CDK system experience a plus. * Valid Driver’s License required.
