NO PHONE CALLS - Looking for EXPERIENCED and RELIABLE Drivers
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering meal packages to participants on assigned routes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.
· Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
· Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
· Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
· Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
· Ensures that vehicle service needs and mechanical issues are reported to the supervisor in a timely manner.
· Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to drive safely.
· Must have a minimum of 103 years experience with companies such as Amazon, Fedex, DHL.· Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
· Ability to plan delivery routes.
· Ability to maintain basic logs and records.
· Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision.
· Able to remain professional and courteous at all times.
Education and Experience:
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, clean drug test and clear criminal background check.
· Must have a minimum of 103 years experience with companies such as Amazon, Fedex, DHL.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
· Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
