As a **Security Professional - Museum Patrol Unarmed** in **Philadelphia, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a renowned cultural institution, maintaining a secure environment for visitors, staff, and artwork. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for visitors, staff, and property.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior spaces and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions, documenting incidents according to Allied Universal policies.
+ Assist visitors by providing information and/or directions as needed while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
+ Collaborate with location staff and local authorities as necessary during incidents and/or emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
