Saw Operator Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $47,840.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

The Saw Operator is responsible for safely and accurately operating industrial saw equipment to cut raw materials to specified dimensions in support of production and fabrication operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring material readiness, quality, and efficiency within the manufacturing process.

Saw Operator Qualifications:

• Motivated self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude who can work independently or as part of a team, communicate effectively, and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to drive a forklift and contribute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment; dependable with reliable transportation and able to work overtime.
• Prior conveyor or machine assembly experience, along with basic electrical or pneumatic knowledge, is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; High School Diploma or GED required.
