Mechanic
NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME RACE MECHANIC
LeDonne Racing is growing fast, and we’re looking for a full-time race mechanic to join our program. This is an opportunity to be part of a competitive, hands-on race team with a rapidly expanding in-house operation.
Position: Full-Time Race Mechanic
Location: Tarentum Pa 15084
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday (same race weekend will be full paid trips you can come on and see your work in action)
Responsibilities:
-Build, prep, and maintain race ATV’s and Dirt bikes from teardown to race-ready.
-Engine, suspension, drivetrain, and chassis work
-Race weekend support including setup changes, troubleshooting, and repairs
-Maintain high standards for performance, safety, and cleanliness
-Assist with testing, R&D, and new product development
-Work closely with riders, crew, and management to maximize performance
Requirements:
-Strong mechanical background (race or powersports experience preferred) But could be an auto mechanic
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced race environment
-Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
-Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
-Ability to lift, stand, and work long hours as needed
