Join our hardware fulfillment team and help CardConnect deliver industry-leading payment terminals to merchants across the country. You'll ensure devices are tested, packaged, and deployed on time.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and test payment hardware before shipment
• Package products for secure delivery
• Manage inventory for terminals and accessories
• Update shipment records and systems
• Work with customer support to troubleshoot shipping issues
Requirements:
• Prior experience in order fulfillment or hardware testing
• Strong computer and technical aptitude
• Keen attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
