Position Summary:

The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified light industrial talent to meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for light industrial positions such as pickers/packers, material handlers, machine operators, forklift drivers, and assemblers.

• Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks to ensure candidate quality and compliance with company and client requirements.

• Maintain a pipeline of active and qualified candidates for current and future openings.

• Match candidates to client job orders, ensuring skill set alignment and availability.

• Onboard and orient associates, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.

• Coordinate start dates, schedules, and assignment details with candidates and clients.

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Track and update candidate and client activity in the applicant tracking system.

• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach to grow candidate pool.

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred, ideally in a light industrial environment.

• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
