Program Manager
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the coordination, prioritization, and execution of a large-scale infrastructure modernization and agile transformation initiative. This role exists to bridge a critical gap between strategy and execution across approximately 15 teams that are adopting agile practices but lack a unified delivery framework.
The Program Manager will serve as the central orchestrator-translating ideas, architectural direction, and significant infrastructure investment into an actionable, prioritized program roadmap that optimizes cost, accelerates delivery, and reduces complexity. This role is highly visible, infrastructure-driven, and requires strong financial, organizational, and technical acumen.

Skills and Requirements
-
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading complex, large-scale initiatives

Strong background in infrastructure-driven programs (cloud, platforms, enterprise environments, modernization)

Hands-on experience working within or alongside Agile delivery models (depth of agile experience can be balanced by strong program leadership)
-Proven ability to manage multiple teams, competing priorities, and undefined problem spaces
-Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and vendor spend
-Highly detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out strategically while driving execution
-Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills - Life Sciences Background
