Audit Senior/Manager
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior/Manager to join our audit team and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, financial reporting, and internal controls, and will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the audit process.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or accounting, preferably in a public accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
