$21+/hr. and $2/hr. shift premium for overnight shifts

We’re seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator. This role is primarily responsible for moving raw materials and finished goods to support our daily production in a new paper dinnerware manufacturing Center of Excellence.

S hift Availability:

• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

What you’ll do…

• Operate forklifts or clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
• Ensure safe and damage-free handling of products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs
• Support customer freight handling and material transport
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues
• Collaborate with departments to ensure efficient inventory flow
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as palletizing and clearing jams

Wha t you’ll need…

• 6 months of relevant experience operating a clamp truck
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
• Basic math and dimensional counting skills
• Proficiency in English for safety and quality communication
• Clamp truck experience preferred
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule & Travel:

• Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• • Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
  • Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
