Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Over 6+ years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, specifically focusing on customer interaction, understanding business processes, requirements analysis, and the administration and verification/validation of proposed solution approaches.

• Aware of Business and System Administration, GUI, lifecycle and Workflow customization.

• Knowledge of Release process, BOM management, Change Management and CAD Integration.

• Good understanding of Windchill database and its table architecture.

• Hands on experience on ETL process and Customization .

• Experience in CAD Migration using Windchill Bulk Migration.

• Ability to develop utilities to assist Migration activity

• Good problem-solving skills

• Prior experience of migrating from non-Windchill to Windchill system

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Must have strong Experience in Installation and configuration of PTC software, Customization, GUI development, Testing, Debugging. Should be able to Design Solutions for Windchill Implementation projects.

2. Strong Understanding of Windchill Architecture. Able to lead technical implementation teams in analyzing business requirements and contributes to the design of PTC Solutions intended to address complex customer business processes.

3. Familiar with Windchill enhancement, configuration and change process improvements.

4. Provides input into the future software functionality, implementation methodology, and customization standards.

5. Should understand database administration, database design. Knowledge of quality processes and their implementation.

6. Good Knowledge of Windchill Product suites. Strong debugging skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.. Strong communication skills

7. Should be proficient in working on Java enterprise platform and broad technologies including Java language, Javascript, Web service etc. Relevant certificates are plus.

8. Preferred experience with the following methodologies and tools: Agile, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket

9. Thing Worx experience is a plus
