Marketing Associate

Almac Group is currently seeking a Marketing Associate for our Souderton, PA location. The Marketing Associate will assist in developing the marketing plan for Almac Clinical Services under supervision of line manager. Delivery of marketing programs and campaigns to generate customer centric growth. Actively collaborates with Business Development and other key stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities. Knowledge of business issues and industry dynamics; serves as functional marketing SME for Clinical Services.

Ability to support all marketing and commercial initiatives across regions and different stakeholder groups. Produce and drive delivery of marketing tactics daily and support routine in market activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Co-ordinate and support comprehensive, cohesive, and measurable marketing initiatives derived from the marketing plan
• Support collaboration between regions, business leaders, other corporate functional teams and Marketing Shared Services to ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing strategies.
• Interface with external agencies and appropriate internal functional group to execute agreed-upon plan / programmer.
• Contribute to market research and competitive intelligence efforts to fully understand and stay up to date on business needs.

Qualifications:

Required Experience / Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Life Sciences required.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Marketing role
• Experience in delivery of campaigns and initiatives, dealing or working with agencies
• Excellent attention to detail and process management
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Proficient use of MS Office Products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Awareness and experience of all relevant

Preferred Experience / Education:

• Post-Grad or Professional certification in Business/Marketing
• At least 2 years of experience working in a marketing role within a pharmaceutical/healthcare company
• Knowledge of the clinical supplies market, pharma industry, life sciences / B2B
• Knowledge of CRM Systems i.e Salesforce
