2026 Summer Internship

Responsibilities: The internship program will run from May 26th, 2026 through July 31st, 2026 and take place at our Enola Headquarters.
The Members 1st Federal Credit Union Intern will focus predominately on working with a business unit, and will also rotate across multiple departments to learn the various business functions. We are seeking interns for the following areas: Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, IT Product Management, IT Data Analytics, and Business Lending. Interns will work on a range of projects that contribute to team objectives, fostering a well-rounded knowledge of the organization’s operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist in project management and support daily operations within each department.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support department activities.
• Collaborate with department team members on assigned projects and initiatives.
• Learn and apply department-specific software tools and technologies.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing documents.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in the execution of department tasks.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Present findings, results, and project outcomes at the end of each department rotation.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading

• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

Education Level: General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma Compensation Overview:We are excited to offer a competitive salary for this position. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.
