SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to operate various types of equipment to strip, scrub, buff, shampoo and maintain floors and floor coverings. Remove and replace incandescent and fluorescent bulbs, maintain Venetian blinds, walls and windows.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• No prior experience necessary

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• One (1) month of housekeeping/janitorial experience.
