Trust & Estate Planning Associate Attorney
Pay: $195,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Location
This role supports both the Blue Bell and Philadelphia offices, and regular travel between the two locations is required.
Primarily on-site with some hybrid flexibility depending on the team. Fully remote is not available
Note
This role requires an active Pennsylvania bar license and 4+ years of trust and estate planning experience, including exposure to sophisticated estates and tax-driven planning matters.

Job Description
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and wealth planning strategies
- Draft trusts, wills, and advanced estate planning documents
- Handle trust and estate administration matters
- Assist with tax planning, including federal estate and gift tax considerations
- Prepare and review estate-related tax filings, including federal estate tax returns
- Support planning for family-owned businesses and life insurance structures
- Conduct detailed legal research and draft high-quality written work product
- Collaborate closely with partners and other practice groups on complex planning matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- 4-6 years of trust and estate planning experience required
- Experience with high-net-worth and sophisticated estate planning matters
- Exposure to estate, gift, and income tax planning preferred
- Experience with family-owned business planning and life insurance structures preferred
- Strong research, writing, and academic credentials
- LLM in Taxation is a plus but not required
