At our Womelsdorf location we are looking for:

PIT MECHANIC FOR MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT - 1ST Shift

This position works primarily with the material handling / PIT equipment, previous experience with general maintenance or equivalent experience is preferred. This position will also have an opportunity to be trained and work with process equipment

Job Details.....

• The work day will consist of preventative maintenance, corrective work, and troubleshooting/repair of PIT equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet trucks.
• Good organizational and time management skills. A dependable, self-motivated individual who can accomplish tasks promptly with a positive attitude, willing to learn & grow with the company.
• Must be able to work independently or with a Team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the PIT fleet.
• You must be able to work from OEM Manuals and/or verbal instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, safety is a priority.
• You must have effective verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing is a plus.
• You must be able to stand and walk throughout the day with the ability to lift to 50 lbs as needed.
