Remote Senior Product Leader

In this role, you will significantly impact the integral area of fraud analytics, contributing to the enhancement of crucial insights that safeguard communities and industries. Collaborating within a dynamic global team, your responsibilities will encompass understanding customer needs and articulating them effectively through product development. You will lead the charge in driving product strategy while aligning closely with various stakeholders, enhancing the user experience through innovative solutions. Moreover, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to influence decision-making processes. The ideal candidate can work remotely and will collaborate mostly during EST hours.
Accountabilities
- Conduct customer discovery and manage the product delivery and development lifecycle.
- Define and prioritize product suite strategy based on market and customer insights.
- Analyze large volumes of data to drive product development and boost customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to assess product needs and manage feedback.
- Adapt working hours flexibly to meet the global nature of the role.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, statistical modeling, or AI/machine learning.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets in relation to machine learning and AI algorithms.
- Commitment to high-quality user experiences, always prioritizing customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with decision-making ability under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is preferred.
