Residential Supervisor

Position: Program Supervisor – Residential Group Home Setting
Pay Rate: $22/hour (paid weekly)
Location: Bucks County, PA
Schedule: Full-time, varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Overview:
Jento Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a residential group home setting serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. This role involves managing direct care staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment that promotes individual rights and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
• Reliable transportation required
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience working with individuals with mental health or intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Must pass a physical exam and background clearances

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the group home to ensure 24/7 care and support
• Supervise, train, and support direct care staff
• Coordinate individualized care plans and monitor program compliance
• Respond promptly to incidents, staff issues, and individual needs
• Maintain detailed records including shift logs, care notes, and petty cash
• Ensure proper implementation of safety and health procedures
• Provide hands-on support to individuals including hygiene, mobility, and behavioral support as needed
• Administer medications following appropriate training and policy guidelines
• Participate in activities, licensing surveys, and program improvement efforts
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external partners
• Ensure home environment is safe, clean, and well-stocked

Equipment Used:

• Mechanical/manual lifts (Hoyer), wheelchairs, adjustable beds, medical equipment, office technology, and vehicles
