Warehouse Operations & Installation Support Associate

Budget Blinds (Beaver, New Castle, Boardman, Warren & Ravenna Area)

Position Overview:
Budget Blinds is a locally owned, nationally backed window covering company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support both warehouse operations and field installations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Product Oversight

• Receive, inspect, and check in all incoming product shipments
  
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure all materials are accounted for and organized
  
• Stage and prepare products for upcoming installations
  
• Track orders and communicate any discrepancies or damages
  
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  

Fleet Management

• Load installation vehicles with correct materials for each job
  
• Assist with unloading and returning materials to the warehouse
  
• Keep company vehicles clean (interior/exterior washing)
  
• Monitor basic vehicle maintenance needs and report issues proactively
  

Installation Support (Secondary Installer)

• Assist lead installer on residential and commercial installations
  
• Learn full installation process for potential growth to Installation role
  
• Help with measuring, handling, and installing window treatments
  
• Support multi-person installation projects efficiently and safely
  
• Ensure job sites are clean and professional before, during, and after installs
  
• Deliver a high level of customer service in clients’ homes
  

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
  
• Comfortable working with tools and in a hands-on environment
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  
• Construction, warehouse, or installation experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person)
