Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to manage the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of subjects into clinical trials. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate the informed consent process, document adverse events, and handle a variety of study documents such as protocols, regulatory documents, and case report forms. Additionally, the candidate will prepare Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and enroll subjects into clinical trials.
• Explain the informed consent process to participants.
• Document adverse events accurately and promptly.
• Collect and manage study documents including protocols, regulatory documents, and case report forms.
• Prepare and submit IRB applications.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in patient enrollment and consenting.
• Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulations.
• Experience in oncology clinical trials.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with adverse event reporting.
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
• Experience with in-hospital clinical research.
• Ability to conduct chart reviews.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
