Senior-Level Real Estate & Business Attorney – West Chester, PA
A growing suburban Philadelphia–area law firm is seeking a senior-level attorney with 20+ years of experience and a portable book of business to join its real estate and business practice.
The role will involve representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, advising on business formation and governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, handling business purchases and sales, and working on planned communities and condominium matters. The attorney will also support existing clients while continuing to grow their own practice.
Qualifications:
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania
Significant experience in real estate, business transactions, or zoning/land use
Strong communication, drafting, and client development skills
