Construction Project Scheduler/Planner
Aboutthe role:
Weare seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Scheduler with 4-6 yearsof expertise in ground-up construction, lab build-out, and tenant improvementprojects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developingand maintaining project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, andfacilitating seamless coordination between various construction phases. Strongcommunication skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in projectscheduling are essential for success in this role.
Thisis a fulltime onsite role based in West Point, PA.
Thisrole will require the selected candidate to work from the client's offices inWest Point, PA a minimum of three days per week.
Whatyou'll do:
Developand manage comprehensive project schedules from conception to completion.
Collaboratewith project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to understand projectrequirements and constraints.
Manageand record detail meeting minutes for all schedule meeting reviews
Utilizescheduling software to create accurate timelines, identify critical paths, andoptimize resource allocation.
Monitorand update project schedules to reflect changes, delays, and adjustments inreal-time.
Provideregular reports and analysis to project teams, highlighting key milestones,risks, and opportunities.
Workclosely with construction teams to ensure schedules align with budgetary andquality objectives.
Proactivelyidentify scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions to mitigatepotential delays.
Stayabreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relatedto construction scheduling.
Whatyou'll need:
Applicantsmust be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need forvisa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor'sdegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field ishighly preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum4-6 years of experience in ground-up construction, lab build-out, and tenantimprovement projects. Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or other regulatedenvironment experience is highly desirable.
Goodknowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as differentprocurement routes, value management and value engineering.
Proficiencyin construction scheduling software (e.g., P6 Primavera, Microsoft Project,Oracle Primavera Cloud a "plus").
Familiaritywith construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strongcommunication skills
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverseproject stakeholders.
Provenability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $135,000 to $145,000 annual base salary plus 10% target bonus with some flexibility based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
