Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $45-52 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week with weekend rotation

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and possess strong clinical skills. As a P-Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive physical therapy services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and current condition to determine appropriate treatment plans

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function

- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques for at-home care

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for patients

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement evidence-based practices in treatment plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various physical therapy techniques and modalities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

- Flexibility to work weekends as needed

- New graduates will not be considered for this position
