TITLE: UX Researcher

LOCATION: Kennett Square, PA (Full-time telework permitted)

DUTIES: As web developer, plan and conduct research through multiple stages of the product life cycle, including design/code discovery, prototype testing, and post-implementation analysis. Build and analyze use-cases and translate into efficient workflows. Translate observations into measurable data for further development to meet UX requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience (UX) Design, or related field and 3 years in any job title involving IT or systems engineering experience, including 3 months working within the financial technology domain. Prior experience must include: Performing data analysis using qualitative and quantitative research methods; Utilizing UX research tools including analytics platforms, survey platforms, and usability testing platforms; Experience with project and stakeholder management, including documenting, presenting, and communicating technical research findings and user insights to cross-functional teams, including Designers, Developers, and Product Manager; Synthesizing user insights to targeted audiences; Translating and communicating existing complex use cases into more efficient workflows and transforming into action items, including prioritization alignment; Working in cross-functional team environment, including end-users; Developing and facilitating user research workshops; Researching and applying usability and accessibility standards to UX initiatives; Advocating for and maintaining user-centered design practices throughout the product development lifecycle; and Working with capital markets technology, including hedging strategies and debt instruments across commercial real estate, financial institutions, and corporate finance sectors. Full-time telework permitted.

SALARY: $117,120/year
