What You'll Do as a Non-CDL Shuttle Driver

As a Non-CDL Shuttle Driver , you will:

• Safely transport passengers along designated routes and schedules
• Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable shuttle vehicle
• Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and operations staff
• Follow established routes, schedules, and company safety procedures
• Accurately complete trip logs, inspections, and required documentation
• Respond professionally to changing traffic conditions and operational needs

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• No CDL required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions
• Previous experience in transportation, shuttle driving, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Willingness to complete company-provided training
