This is an excellent opportunity for a meticulous administrative professional to provide comprehensive support and contribute to the efficient operation of our dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of managing a diverse range of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring all correspondence is addressed professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Perform data entry, maintain organised digital filing systems, and manage databases effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Assist with the preparation of expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and reports as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or virtual assistant role.
- Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Experience within the media or broadcasting industry is desirable but not essential.
