Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for OB/GYN patients, including triage and assessment of urgent and non-urgent concerns.
- Perform focused nursing assessments, monitor vitals, and document findings in the patient record.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and ambulatory care team to coordinate care plans and escalate concerns as needed.
- Assist with procedures, postpartum care, discharge planning, and patient education for reproductive health and routine OB/GYN care.
- Maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and accurate charting; ensure EPIC or other EMR documentation is complete and up to date.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license (state-specific licensure to be verified; PA licensure or eligibility preferred for this assignment)
- OB/GYN experience required (gyn/triage or ambulatory care background)
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and deliver patient-centered care
- BLS certification or equivalent basic life support training
- Ability to work the listed shift pattern and meet assignment start date
