The Customer Service Representative/Title Clerk will serve both local clients and clients nationwide with truck and general transportation licensing. Hours and shifts for this specific position vary between hours of operation (8am – 7:30pm; Saturday rotation 9am - 3pm). We have two locations in Lititz (Carolyn’s Notary Service and CNS Licensing Center.) Shifts could be at either location depending on staffing needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• General customer service and communication
• Data entry and processing
• Title Transfers, Title Transactions, and other Notary documentation
• Inter-department communication
• Sell OOP, Licensing, PSM packages to new entrants
• Cross sell opportunities for our insurance company as well as ELDs
• Customer Service/Communication with clients
• Email, Phone

Secondary/Back-Up Support Responsibilities

• Help complete quarterly fuel taxes for CNS clients.
• Consultation with clients, as needed
• Support the CNS Specialists' team as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• High level of organization and ability to multi-task across multiple platforms and programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to engage and communicate with CNS team and clients verbally and in writing/electronically
• Broad knowledge of all service lines for general questions, correspondence, referrals and cross promotional opportunities
• Deep expertise (or desire to develop expertise) in DOT licensing needs within Pennsylvania and beyond
• Pennsylvania Notary Commission (to be completed/earned within the first 90 days of employment, CNS compensates for time training and studying in preparation for this)
