Athletic Trainer – Core Coverage Team Event Coverage | Consistent Shifts | Elite Events | Youth Athletics
ATvantage is hiring BOC-certified Athletic Trainers to join our Core Coverage Team in Manheim, PA at the largest indoor sports complex in the U.S.
Flexible work 6-30+ hrs/wk, $40-45/hr !! Rolling hires now thru December 2025!
This is not traditional per diem. It's structured, team-based W2 employment, built on consistency, trust, and professionalism .

What You'll Do:
- Provide on-site injury prevention and care - supplies provided
- Document clinical encounters per standards - EMR provided
- Commit to scheduled event shifts - monthly/seasonally
- Be a reliable, team-first provider - first right or refusal for shifts!
Requirements:
- BOC-certified and state licensed (or eligible)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work multiple shifts per month
