We’re hiring a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support personal lines clients at a highly respected insurance agency in Camp Hill or Harrisburg, PA.

Position Highlights:

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent , you will:

• Service and maintain personal lines accounts with professionalism and care
• Counsel clients on coverage options that meet their individual insurance needs
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage a high-volume, multi-tasking workflow with attention to detail
• Leverage your P&C knowledge to support retention and cross-sell opportunities

What You Bring to the Table:

• Active PA Property & Casualty License (or equivalent, transferable license)
• Previous experience in personal lines insurance (CSR, Producer, or similar role)
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Dependability & Integrity – you’re punctual, ethical, and accountable
• Detail-oriented multitasker – comfortable in a fast-paced, high-disruption environment
• Eagerness to Learn – especially with new systems and procedures
• Team-first attitude – friendly, courteous, and client-focused
