Your main priorities are:

• Providing accurate information about the community’s amenities and services
• Offering recommendations for local attractions, services, and activities at or surrounding the community
• Assisting guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested
• Booking transportation for residents when requested
• Providing top notch customer service for our residents
• Helping to coordinate special events
• Obtaining details regarding special requests from residents and communicating request to appropriate managers
• Representing the Scully brand with your can-do, problem solving attitude when resident issues arise.

• First class customer service skills – you will be the first face residents see when they walk through the door
• A knack for sales
• A master of time management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Polished professional appearance
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
