Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, skidsteers, and excavators
Manage the operation of water trucks and tankers for site maintenance and dust control.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and safely.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as necessary using concrete mixers or other equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area around equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in excavation work with a valid driver's license.
Proficiency in heavy equipment operation including loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, and dump trucks.
Experience with demolition is a plus.
Strong understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
