Almac Group is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager for our Audubon, PA location. The Senior Project Manager (Pharma Services) is responsible for the management of multiple client portfolios, consisting of several drug products and different validation and commercial life cycles - a leadership role managing Key and Global Accounts, and Complex Projects that are pivotal in achieving major business objectives and account relationship development.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a key part of the commercial client management function, the Project Manager is responsible for on-going account management and new SKU introductions, ensuring that the tasks undertaken by a multi-disciplinary team are aligned, to enable on-time, in-full, product order fulfilment. Work on behalf of Almac Pharma Services' clients, supporting the Client Services Manager, Client Team Leader and Project Managers in performance of their function. Manage the smooth introduction and progress of client projects ensuring that internal project management and quality systems are effectively used to deliver the required project goals. Manage the smooth introduction of new/amended product livery, including working with the Packaging Design Department, the client, printed packaging component (PPC) suppliers and art houses, where necessary, to affect the introduction of new liveries. Liaise effectively with those internal functions involved with commercial product supply, including, but not limited to: Production, Quality, Logistics, Packaging Design, Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs and Business Development. Identify and respond efficiently and effectively to all client needs, always maintaining a professional approach. Project Manager will also be responsible for financial management of specific clients, capturing all costs associated with provision of the services and monitoring forecasts. Manage each account to comply with the agreed contractual lead-times. For each account maintain current and accurate plans, trackers and reports for the purposes of updating clients and management. As required from time to time, assist in the identification and development of business opportunities for Pharma Services within the area of contract manufacturing, packaging, and commercial support. Acquire and collate appropriate target market data, conduct the necessary analysis, make recommendations, and assist in the development of potential business opportunities as directed by line management. Prepare regular presentations, summaries and reports relating to the activities of the department, including financial budgets, monthly account updates and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate and appropriate records and reference documentation for the provision of internal management information. Lead client meetings, conferences, and correspondence with clients, as required, in performance of function. Coordinate client visits to Almac Pharma Services, ensuring each visitor is handled in an efficient and professional manner. Oversee in conjunction with the Project Coordinator the generation of documentation associated with product supply, including New Item Code request forms, Bills of Materials, Sales Order Creation forms Change Requests, Material Receipt and Product Dispatch.**Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:** Bachelor's degree or a HS / GED with 5+ years of pharmaceutical/supply chain/project management experience 3+ years within project management or a customer service rolePreferred Experience / Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Sciences, Engineering or Business-Related Discipline 4-5 years of experience working within project management or a customer service role 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environment 2-5 years of experience of managing pharmaceutical product supply projects 2-5 years of experience of managing budgets and revenue streams 2-5 years of experience in use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BIWhat can Almac Group offer you?
